Many holiday property owners now are following the Springtime urge to refresh the decor a little, maybe sort out the garden & get some new equipment in for the Summer season – but are these changes reflected in your photos online? are you still showing photos of last season, or worse, from previous years?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well this has never been more relevant than now. People buy online based on the images they see, and even more so with the advent of the new Facebook Timeline and the photography-based Social Media site Pinterest. Sorry to say, but naff photos just wont cut it these days!

It is a fact that a nicely styled contemporary property, with the right photos, will undoubtedly capture more interest from your target audience than the old-fashioned place shot with a 5mp camera phone.
